Position 1 Sales Person
Job Requirement-
• In any field of studies starting from Level
• IV and BA/ BSC Degree.
• minimum Experience – 1 Year and above
• experience preferably in FMCG, Tele Birr,
• M- Birr. E-Birr, SIM Card sales and other
• affiliated experience is preferred.
• introductory computer Skills
Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Proven experience in generating new
• sales leads, successful negotiation and
• closing skills, and fostering customer
• relationships.
• Ability to prospect and close new sales
• lead through solution- selling to retail
• outlets.
• Ensure there's sound relation and
• interactions with all our customers.
• Ensure that all the set deals targets are
• achieved by outlet and route.
Position 2 Shop Manager
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and
• Marketing, Business Administration, or
• reiated applicable social fields
• A minimum of Four( 4) years of sales
• and marketing experience of which 2 is
• on a administrative or management role.
• Excellent Networking skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong team- building skills.
• Experience in Telecom sales is preferred
Main Duties And Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the day- to- day operations of the Retail shop by providing leadership and guidance to the Retail staff. Will also be responsible for managing all the business processes related to assigned Retail service( sales, service, cash and stocks management and delivery on the set sales targets).
• Overlooking all the shop’s business
