Rammis Bank S.C.is currently seeking qualified individuals for various job positions.The bank follows Islamic banking principles based on Sharia law, which does not allow the charging or receiving of interest and offers financial products andservices that are alignedd with these principles.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, or Bank Trainee.
Duty Stations: Shashemene, Angetu, Bule Hora, Dila, Ginir, Moyale, Negele Borena, General, Bale Robe (General Wako Gutu), and Hawassa.
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of two years of banking experience, including at least one year in a cashier, customer service officer, or associate customer service officer position.
Duty Stations: Bule Hora, Bale Robe (General Wako Gutu), Halaba, Moyale, and Negele Borena.
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of two years of banking experience, with at least one year in a position such as branch accountant, customer service officer, or associate customer service officer.
Location: Angetu, Halaba, Hawassa, Negele Borena, and Dilla.
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant banking experience, including at least three years in roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, or Branch Operation Manager.
Location: Ginir, Halaba, and Shashemene.
