But every idea might not see the daylight of success without hard work and diligence. 15 years ago, Horra Trading was just an idea in the mind of Mr. Adem Kedir who meticulously worked day and night to turn it into a reality in 2005, basing himself on his expansive skill and knowledge in coffee and coffee trade.
Adem Kedir’s coffee trade career started as the succeeding generation from his grandfather, Mr. Abbahawa, and his father, Mr. Kedir Hadjji Hassan, in Ethiopia. As the third-generation successor of the family coffee business, Mr. Adem has made the transition from his involvement in traditional and domestic coffee requests to transnational coffee trade by forming his business reality, Horra Trading, in 2005.
Position 1: DevOps Engineer
Job Qualifications
• Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing CI/ CD pipelines, Linux/ Unix systems, cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure), and containerization( Docker/ Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
• Experience with cloud platforms( AWS, Azure) and containerization using Docker.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and agile development practices.
• Experience with CI/ CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with database configuration and migration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks contemporaneously.
• Certifications in cloud platforms( e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud DevOps Engineer) are a plus.

Position 2: Digital Marketing Specialist
Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
o Work Experience Proven experience( 2 years) in digital marketing or an analogous role.
o Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other applicable marketing tools is a plus.
o Proficiency in SEO tools( Google Analytics)
o Hands-on experience with social media platforms and ad management tools( Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Advertisements).
o Experience with email marketing platforms o Knowledge of content management systems
o Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience minimal 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including both digital and print pieces.
• Software Proficiency Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as other design tools and platforms( Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Creative Thinking Strong ability to conceptualize creative ideas and turn them into effective, visually appealing designs.
