Reach The indigent – Ethiopia (RTN- Ethiopia) is a child focused community based, not for profit,non-religious and discrimination free indigenous humanitarian public organization that exists to help the Depressed, Excluded and Vulnerable children come productive, confident and responsible citizens, parents and leaders of tomorrow that directly involve and contribute for the development of the country. RTN has been working on different development & humanitarian programs in partnership with ChildFund, CARE Ethiopia, PLAN Ethiopia, and UNICEF.

Position 1: Cashier
Required Qualification and Experience
Education in Accounting or Finance from a recognized College or University
Experience: 3 years’ work experience.
NGO experience is preferable
Place Dilla Zone, Gedo Zone, and SNNPR Terms of employment: One-time contract with the possibility of extension based on availability of funds and work performance.
Language ability: Good communication skills. in Amharic & English.
Knowledge of the original language of the working area is advantageous
Salary: As per the organization scale.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare receipt vouchers and collect cash and/ or cheque from colorful sources and organizations and deposit the complete into the association’s Bank accounts.
Check that all fiscal documents are reviewed and approved with the applicable template before payments are effected; Processes and pays approved petty cash requests & stamps as PAID;
Collects cash outstanding/ advance from staff and deposits in the bank continuously;
Prepares petty cash loss summary for a loss request to the Accountant, sends payroll & Transfer letters to the bank & collects the necessary bank advice on time;
Provides important documents and information to the Accountant for the report medication.
good training payments by collecting letters of participation and Attendance from program staff, and setting payment waivers from the Accountant;
Make other payments by reviewing the supporting and source documents as per the RTN’s finance policy and procedures;
Payment of Hotel Rent & Refreshment with due consideration to Withholding Tax Deduction; Support the Accountant and Finance & Admin Head in Audit Facilitation;
Reports all cash deficit/ surplusage and all overdue validations of more than a reasonable time; ensure that all collections and payments are done against serially pre-numbered cash damage and cash payment validations.
Perform all other duties related to the position and assist the Accountant in his/ her daily routine.
Position 2: Purchaser
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply operation or related fields, 3 years of experience with a minimum of three times hands-on experience in related job areas.
Computer knowledgeable
A provable station for cooperation.
High position of integrity and honesty, ability to drive a motorcycle, and have 1st first-grade driving license.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Finance & Admin head that all project expenditures are in line with the approved Budget, Donor Guidelines, financial and procurement policies and procedures of the association.
Reuse all financial validations by attaching applicable documents like invoices, receipts, application letters, and payment requests.
Verifies primary financial documents assigned for accuracy, completeness, and ensures that payment requests are approved by a sanctioned person;
Codes, posts, and analyzes financial transactions;
Supervise the cashier and control the petty cash balance and cash receipt vouchers..
Maintain the stock records at finance and reconcile with the bin card regularly.
Reconciles monthly the association’s books of accounts with the bank and reports regularly
Ensures that all unused functionary documents and vouchers of the association are properly registered and are available in sufficient quantity;
Participate in the periodic budget preparation and Area Strategic Plan development.
Collect all applicable information and data about personnel and maintain an up-to-date list of personnel in the payroll by making timely entries of new employees and deleting those who have left the association upon receiving authorization.
Computes and prepares yearly payroll for all staff according to the programs and procedures of the association and applicable laws of the country;
Ensures collected taxes( WHT, Income Tax, Pension, etc) are remitted to the Inland Revenue Tax Authorities at the end of every month;
Recording of all programme financial transactions into the organization's.
FA inancial recording and meeting all submission dates and reporting requirements as required by the organization
Follow up on and control outstanding and delinquent accounts.
Position 4: Driver, Messenger
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationFour years of applicable work experience for High school Graduates.
Proven ability for a TVET graduate.
3rd-grade valid license and other mechanical training are considered an asset.
Must have good knowledge of both spoken and written English, safe driving ability, and closely adhere to RTN’s driving and vehicle management as well as government regulations.
Good communication and social chops.
Proven Track Record to work under pressure.

Drive DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all vehicles and motorists’ documents are in the vehicle, i.e., driving license, enrollment papers, insurance, etc Ensure that everyone in the vehicle is wearing a seat belt. Ensure that no material is taken out of the vehicle without previous authorization.
Use the vehicle Logbook to monitor movements, services, accidents, refueling, avail, etc Keep the vehicle clean and tidy at all times.
The driver is obliged to act in compliance with business laws and regulations The driver must serve in a normal mood and mind, not under the influence of any type of medicine or liquor.
Check the energy, water, oil, and tires of the vehicle on a diurnal basis.
Ensure seat belts and other safety outfits is in good working order.
Carry out minor repairs directly, and instantly report the need for garage floor.
Prepare spare parts required for vehicle conservation & confirm that all purchased spare parts are used for the intended vehicle. When garage repair or service is authorized, arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the garage for repair or service.
Closely follow up and support the repair and conservation conditioning. Ensure the garage made the conversation properly.
Confirm that maintained vehicles are performing properly.
The position holder should make a timely request for 5000Kms, and 10,000 km service.
Makes a timely request for minor maintenance as vital. Makes follow-up on maintenance at the garages
Returns all old parts that are replaced during preservation
The driver is responsible for directly completing. Log wastes.
The driver is encouraged to immediately complete and submit an incident report and police report in case of an accident..
Position 5: Finance Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Account or Finance from an honored College or University
Experience 8 times’ work experience and MSc in Finance or related fields, and 6 years of experience. NGO experience is preferable

DUTIES AND LIABILITIES ensure that the overall financial conditioning of the association is according to the association’s policy, patron regulation, and the law of the country.
Responsible for the development of financial reports and analyses, including cost analyses, expenditure to budget comparisons for operations, and patron reports.
Responsible for the compilation of yearly, daily, and periodic reports for development and submission.
Ensure disbursement of staff hires, allowances, and nonsupervisory conditions (e.g., levies, pensions); also ensures all operations comply with original duty regulations.
Ensures that all financial deals and operations comply with association programs, systems, and procedures and patron conditions; Observes Program/ design fund application compliance.
Responsible for collaboration of periodic external inspection; medication of required attestation and support perpetration of the performing plan of action and inspection corrective measures figure capacity of CBOs, Cooperatives formed by parents, children, and youth, and other entities to duly manage financial coffers for effective perpetration of community managed systems.
Responsible for medication and submission of daily cast; ensures optimal functional and capital cash operation for assigned program/ design. Share in the development of functional budgets; responsible for covering compliance to guidelines and procedures; reviews the association budgets for submission to the donor and other concerned bodies.
. Ensure that procurement of goods and services for the association is done effectively and efficiently, and promptly. Establish records and archives according to the association, donor, and country policies.
Produce special financial analysis in a timely and accurate manner as requested by the ED, donor, etc. Skills and particular attributes
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IPSAS, International Accounting Standards, internal controls, and segregation of duties
Good understanding of executive, financial, and general management principles and professed in fiscal reporting, budgeting, and taxes
Experience and proficiency in financial software and reporting systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Self Self-guided, strong organizational and planning skills; Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proven decision-making skills, Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in platoon leadership and participatory operation, Outstanding written and oral communication chops in English
Position 6: Community Development Facilitator (CDF)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Degree in Social Science, Education, Agriculture, Development Studies, or other related field of study, 4 years’ experience.
Language AbilityGood communication chops in Amharic, English, and the original language of the functional area.
Terms of employment: 1 (One) time Contract with the possibility of extension based on the availability of funds and work performance.
