Position 1 Endpoint Security Specialist
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an Endpoint Security Specialist or in a similar
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies, tools, and industry stylish practices.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations, similar to ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or country’s regulation.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures.
• Experience with security incident response and forensic investigation.
• Excellent logical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicable certifications, similar to CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security, and MCSE are highly desirable.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing work processes in a fast-paced specialized environment.

Position 2 Secure by Design Specialist
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• Degree in Information Security/ Computer Forensics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or other applicable Specialized Degree
• Information security certifications. g. CEH/ CISSP/ CISM/ CISA/ GIAC/ CPTP/ OSCP
• Advanced Networking certifications CCNA/ CCNP/ CCSP/ CCIE are also preferred
• Certifications in Microsoft Windows and Linux/ Unix Operating Systems
• Demonstrate competency in the use and administration of ethical hacking tools.g. KALI Linux, Metasploit, Nexpose, Nessus, Nmap, BurpSuite, etc
• Minimum of 3 years ’ working experience in Information Systems Security –e.g. Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, ICT checkups, Pre-and-Post Implementation System Reviews, etc
• Minimum of 3 years ’ working experience in Networking and Operating systems. g. Cisco, Huawei, Windows( All), Unix, Linux, etc

Position 3 Security Operations Manager
Must have specialized professional qualifications
• Degree in Security Management/ Administration or any specialized or business discipline
• At least 8 years ’ experience in commercial security with acceptable exposure in leadership appointments.
• Service in the disciplined forces preferably not below the rank of “ Major ” from the Military or its equivalent in the police service will be an added advantage.
• General knowledge of Ethiopian Laws and Government Regulations about law enforcement

Position 4 Administrative Head of Department

Must have specialized professional qualifications
• Applicable Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance
• At least 10 years ’ experience with, and deep knowledge of technology underpinning the telecoms sector.
• 15 years of broad, progressive experience in all facets of Finance i.e. Management Accounting, Forecasting and Planning, Financial Accounting, and Finance Operations.
Role purpose
• To be the trusted advisor to the Chief Finance Officer to help them make the stylish possible commercial and functional decisions that ensure that Safaricom Ethiopia continues to grow and strengthen our customer centricity as well as functional intensity on the use of Finance coffers.
• To drive capex and NOPEX decision-making shift towards a more effective network figure and operations from a cost/ capital perspective in a low ARPU market.
• To avail crucial financial management information to senior management and other stakeholders periodically within the timelines provided. This will be nippy, logical, and perceptive financial support and information for all internal business decisions by partnering with the different divisions in a visionary manner to drive faster turnaround capital investments and enhanced benchmarking for crucial business activities & processes that drive OpEx.
• Lead the Technology & Support Functions Finance Business Partner team across the organization. Champion their development in line with the world-class finance benchmarks on skills and proficiency.
