Product Manager – International Plutocrat Transfers
Job Description
Responsible for the product strategy, execution, and expansion of international money transfers( IMT), while interacting regularly with the regulator, colorful mates, and Hubs serving different corridors to ensure sustained growth. This involves managing the contractual obligations and pricing while ensuring fresh and acceptable ongoing strategic and political focus on the proper execution of the overall IMT strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the overall FS IMT strategy from strategic planning through political execution
• Own the product roadmap of the organization platform thinking holistically across the entire value chain to further the organization’s position in the market
• Guide the business in the growth of both outward and inward remittances
• Exploit new business openings beyond wallet-to-wallet transactions
• In charge of the overall IMT revenue
• Develop an IMT business strategic partnership framework that defines the contractual engagement for onboarding new partners and Hubs.
• Identify crucial corridors and strategic partners for crucial marketing and pricing decisions.
• Work closely with being and new IMT partners to identify opportunities that will ensure growth in revenue
• Define marketing strategy and plans to grow business in crucial corridors
• In liaison with the nonsupervisory team drive deeper relationships with the regulator to ensure approval of new partners to new corridors
• dissect the impact of the slate route mates and concoct a strategy that will reduce the impact on the overall business performance
• Develop a targeted IMT loyalty scheme aimed at retaining and recruiting new customers
• Working closely with the AML and AML teams to ensure proper due diligence and compliance monitoring on being and new partners
Job Requirements
The candidate should have at least a first degree in Information Technology, Accounting, and Finance, or related fields, and has a minimum of 5 years ’ work experience in transnational remittance-related business, banking, and digital payment areas.
