Required Qualifications and Experience
Education/ MA/ BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience, of which 1 year as Senior Compliance Officer, Senior Risk Analyst Officer, or original position
Job Grade XI Salary As per the scale of the bank, Work Workplace, Jimma District Office
Position 2: Manager, Credit Appraisal and Loan Recovery
Required Qualification and Experience: Education: MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
Experience: field with 8/9 years work experience, of which 2 years as a team leader on Credit Analysis & Appraisal Mg’t, Branch manager- II or original position
Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period
Salary As Per the Scale of the bank

Position 3: Director, Stakeholder Relationship Management
Required Qualification and Experience Education: Mama/ BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing management, Human resource management, Economics with 8/9 years of experience, of which 2 years as a team leader or senior officer-II in Employee relation or stakeholder’s relation or related experience in Banking Industry
Salary As Per the Scale of the bank
