Position 2: Customer Service Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I 

Required Qualification and Experience 
 EducationBA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields 
 Work Experience 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as an internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or Equivalent position in the Banking Industry. 
 Terms of employment are Permanent after the Probation Period. 
 Salary as per the bank scale 
 Job Grade IX

Required Qualification and Experience

Required Qualification and Experience
