Siket Bank, formerly known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C., held its launch event at the Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel.
The bank is currently preparing to start offering banking services after receiving a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. While it continues to provide microfinance services, it will also continue to offer these services once full banking operations begin.

Position 1: Junior Security Officer
Educational Requirements: A minimum of Grade 10/12, 10+1/10+2, diploma, or Level IV COC.
Work Experience:
- Grade 10/12: Minimum of 5 or 4 years
- 2 years of related work experience
- Diploma/Level IV COC: 1 year of direct work experience
Employment Terms: Permanent position after completing the probation period.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Educational Requirements: Minimum of a BA Degree from a recognized university in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of banking work experience, preferably as a Junior Customer Service Officer or in a similar role.
Employment Terms: Permanent position after completing the probation period.
