It was formerly the Amhara Credit and Savings Institution. Amhara Credit and Savings Institution was established as Ethiopia’s first  fiscal institution under the Microfinance Act of 1989, and it has now obtained a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia  The compensation will be as per the Bank’s salary scale and Benefit package.  

Position 1 Junior Trade Service Officer  

Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

Minimum Applicable Work Experience One year of applicable work experience.

Position 2 Audiovisual  

Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor’s/ Diploma in Audio Visual Services, camera editing & graphics and related fields  

Minimum Applicable Work Experience 3 years/ 5 years

Position 3 Loan Workout & Portfolio Management Officer II  

Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting Business Administration or related fields.  

Minimum Applicable Work Experience 4 Years of applicable work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and original applicable position.

Position 4 IFB Operations Officer II  

Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or related fields.

Minimum Applicable Work Experience 4 Years of applicable work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and original applicable position.

Position 6 Senior IFB Investment Financing Officer

Minimum Applicable Work Experience 5 years of applicable experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & original related position.

Position 8 SENIOR IFB OPERATION OFFICER

Position 12 SENIOR CREDIT RELATIONSHIP MGMT OFFICER

Experience 5 years of applicable expertise, out of which 1 year in officer II & equal associated place.

Position 13 MANAGER, IFB CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT DIVISION  

Educational Qualification Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Accounting or other Finance associated fields of studies.  

Experience7/9 years of related IFB experience (ideally in resource mobilization) of which 2/ Three in principal/  elderly officer place
