Position 1 Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Advanced Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work – Areb Sefer( Hawassa), Aweday, Maraki( Gonder) and Shindi
Position 2. Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification – A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience – Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years ’ service as Customer Service Officer
Place of Work – Dire Dawa
Position 3 Senior Auditor
Qualification A minimum of BSc degree holder from a honored advanced literacy institution in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field of discipline
Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience with at least 2 years ’ service as Internal IT Auditor, System Administrator, Network Administrator or Security Administrator

Position 4 Branch Manager I
Qualification – A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience – Must have a minimum of 7 years of applicable experience with at least 2 years ’ service at a administrative level Place of Work – Areb Sefer( Hawassa) and Bishoftu
