Position Community Resilience Program Officer
Required experience 3 years of experience in community- level health, nutrition, and water, sanitation, and hygiene( WASH), child protection and education services in both development and emergencies may be considered as a relief for formal qualifications for an advanced position;
Other Requirements
At least 2 years progressively responsible humanitarian and development work experience including in extremities with UN Agencies and/ or INGOs will have any added advantage.
former experience in Community grounded programme coordination.
Familiarity and experience working with government counterparts.
Strong knowledge and experience in establishing coordination architecture especially at zone and woreda levels.
Training/ experience in emergency response and management highly desirable.
Familiarity with public and SPHERE standards for application in emergency setting is an asset.
Experience in working with beneficiaries communities in participatory process
Languages English, Level Working knowledge, Required Amharic, Level Fluent, Desirable Required education level Bachelor degree or original in Medicine, Public health, and social sciences.
