VisionFund Micro Finance Institution(S.C) is an Institution established according to Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide fiscal services to the productive poor in the pastoral and civic areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country. The MFI is currently looking for candidates. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the ensuing requirements of VisionFund Micro Finance Vacancy 2024
Position 1 Senior Driver/ Driver mechanic
Job Requirements
10th grade complete and 3rd-grade driving license
6 years of applicable experience.
Physical fitness and willingness to work under pressure, possible long working hours, and frequent field travel;
introductory knowledge of auto mechanics to be suitable for doing small repairs if necessary;
Ability to interact and work effectively with others in all situations.
Ability to conduct security checks and inspections on vehicles.
Ability to keep a vehicle log book.
Interpersonal skill.

Position 2 General Accounts Officer
Job Conditions
BA Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or related field.
3/5 Times of applicable experience.
Good planning, organizational, logical, and decision-making skills\ Well organized and have the ability to act professionally and ethically;
ability and amenability to take responsibility and largely advanced sense of integrity complete in Microsoft office Sun systems and excellent use of Excel spreadsheets
largely developed a sense of trustability and delicacy
Good coach, facilitator, tutor, and trainer
Good communication and donation chops.

Position 3 Financial Archivist Officer
Job Conditions
Degree or Parchment in Accounting, operation, or related fields
2/4 years of applicable experience
ability to interact and work effectively with others in all situations
Basic computer skills;
