Position 1: Project Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learnings Officer  

Education/Qualification  
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills in statistics, economics, development studies, social sciences, project management, data science, or related disciplines.

• Additional training or certification in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning (MERL), data management, or project management is preferred.

Experience  
• Experience in data collection, documentation, and both quantitative and qualitative research.

• Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, EPI-Info, KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, Power BI, R, Excel, or similar platforms.

Location  
• Addis Ababa (1 position)  
• Bahir Dar (1 position)  
• Kombolcha (1 position)  
Travel Requirement  
• Regular travel to project sites, woredas, and stakeholder locations within the assigned cluster.

• Occasional travel to other program locations as required.

Position 4: Policy Ecosystem Analyst  

Education/Qualification  
• A master's degree or equivalent in public policy, public administration, economics, development studies, political science, international relations, law, or related disciplines.

• Additional professional training in policy analysis, research, project management, gender, or social inclusion is desirable.

Experience  
• Significant progressive professional experience in policy analysis, research, or program support within the development sector, government, or international organizations.

• Experience in conducting policy mapping, stakeholder analysis, and regulatory gap analysis.

Education/Qualification

Experience  
• Extensive progressive professional experience in policy development, public sector reform, or program management.

• Proven experience in policy engagement at national and regional levels.

Education/Qualification

Experience  
• Relevant experience in technical leadership or advisory roles covering youth economic empowerment, employability pathways, internship programs, workforce development, transition-to-work readiness, inclusive workplace practices, work-based mentoring, women and youth economic empowerment, TVET/livelihood interventions, and private sector engagement.

• Proven experience integrating gender-transformative and disability-inclusive programming.

Location  
• Addis Ababa, Ethiopia  
Travel Requirement  
• Travel to project field locations and work away from the home base up to 40% of the time, both within Ethiopia and occasionally internationally.

Position 7: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research, and Learning (MEARL) Manager  

Education/Qualification  
• A master’s degree or equivalent in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, economics, development studies, social sciences, public policy, data science, research methods, project management, or similar disciplines.

• Additional certification in MERL, data analysis, project management, or results-based management is considered a benefit.

Experience  
• Significant professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, research, and learning within donor-supported development programs.

• Experience in leading and managing MEARL systems for large-scale, multi-partner, or consortium projects.

• Advanced MERL skills and proven experience in applying participatory methods.

• Experience in creating and delivering high-quality MERL plans for large-scale, multi-partner, or consortium projects.

• Strong skills in data management, complex analysis, and synthesis using tools like SPSS, EPI-Info, and other relevant packages.

• Excellent partnership and coordination abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership, people management, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation experience.

Position 8: Finance and Operation Manager  

Education/Qualification  
• A master’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, project management, or related areas.

• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Experience  
• Substantial professional experience in finance, operations, grants management, or administration within donor-funded development programs.

• Experience in managing large and complex project budgets, financial systems, and operational processes for consortium or multi-partner projects.

• Experience in handling grant finance for a large restricted grant of at least GBP 5 million annually.

• Advanced proficiency in financial software, accounting systems, and reporting tools, particularly Excel, SUN Systems, and Q&A XL.

• Experience working with consortiums and multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
