Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Qualification: Diploma or Level IV and above in any field of study.
Work Experience and skills: A minimum of a year of similar work experience is preferred in the Financial industry.

Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa and Adama
Position 2: Branch Cashier I
Qualification: BA in accounting, finance, management & related fields of study.
Work Experience and skills: A minimum of six months of direct work experience in the Microfinance or Banking sector.

Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa and Adama
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA/ MA in Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, management, or related fields.
Work Experience and skills: A minimum of four years of experience, one year of direct BM experience in the Microfinance or finance sector.

Position 4: Senior Internal Auditor
Qualification: BA/ MA Accounting & Finance/Accounting/ Banking & Finance or related field of study.
Work Experience and skills: Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in the Microfinance or finance sector.
