Position 1: Junior Procurement Officer
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, or any recognized health-related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Prior Work Experience
• Minimum of 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry.
Job Knowledge
• Understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with vendor evaluation and documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain basics.
Skills and Abilities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Position 2: Project Store Officer
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior Work Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in project environments or institutional settings.
Job Knowledge
• Understanding of inventory and storekeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with handling project materials and equipment.
Skills and Abilities
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
Position 3: Biomedical Engineer
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Medical Electronics Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline from an accredited and recognized institution.
• Additional technical training in medical equipment maintenance or hospital technology management is an advantage.
Professional Registration and Certification
• Professional registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant national engineering or professional regulatory body, where applicable.
• Certification or formal training from medical equipment manufacturers or authorized service providers is an advantage.
• Training in occupational health and safety and medical equipment safety standards is desirable.
Prior Experience
• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in biomedical or clinical engineering within a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Demonstrated experience in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment.
• Experience coordinating with equipment vendors, service providers, and clinical users.
• Exposure to equipment inventory management, lifecycle planning, and maintenance documentation is required.
Position 4: Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Officer
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
Prior Work Experience
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical inventory or hospital pharmacy operations.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage standards and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of FEFO principles and expiry management.
• Familiarity with pharmacy inventory systems.
• Knowledge of controlled drug handling requirements.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proper storage, handling, and distribution of medicines and medical consumables.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical storage, expiry management, and controlled substances.
Position 5: Facility Management and Maintenance Specialist
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
Prior Work Experience
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance management, or building operations.
• Experience in healthcare facilities is an advantage.
Job Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, utilities, and asset management.
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot building systems.
• Experience in supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Position 6: Non-Medical Inventory Management Officer
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a Related Field.
Prior Work Experience
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and stock management systems.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems.
