Position 1: Building Administration Officer – I
Qualifications & Conditions Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Construction Management from recognized advanced learning institutions or original with two years of experience as a Building Administration Officer or applicable experience.
Job Purpose
The job oversees facility maintenance, coordinates with contractors, and tools preventive conservation programs. Key responsibilities include ensuring functionality of electrical and plumbing systems, conducting safety examinations, managing conservation staff, and handling emergency preparedness communication. The part also involves reviewing security reports, managing mileage dislocations, conducting training on installation usage, and overseeing structure access and crucial distribution.

Position 2: Senior Ethics Training Officer
Qualifications & Requirements: BA/ BSc or MA/ MBA/ MSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology, Social work; Political Science and International Relations, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Journalism and communication, Business administration, Good governance, Business Management, Ethics and civics, and other related fields of study or original with four years of work experience.
Job Purpose
Identify the ethical position of the bank’s leaders and workers through exploration and prepare an ethical development training plan and conduct training, and assess its effectiveness. The job also encompasses the accomplishment of the Bank’s mission through the creation of workers and leaders who are ethical and prevent corruption and loose practices.

Position 3: Senior Organizational Development Officer
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Development, Management, or equivalent with one time experience as Organizational Development Officer- I or applicable experience.
Job Purpose
The part enhances the bank’s effectiveness by conducting requirements assessments, analyzing data to identify enhancement areas, and designing innovative OD interventions.

Position 4: Principal Organizational Development Officer
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Development, Management, or related field with one year of experience as an elderly Organizational Development Officer or applicable experience.
Job Purpose
The job is dedicated to enhancing the bank’s effectiveness by conducting thorough requirements assessments and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. This role is vital in designing and implementing innovative bank development( OD) interventions.

Position 5: Branch Manager IV
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent with one year of experience as Branch Business Manager- III or applicable experience.
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall Banking operation activities of the branch are performed as per the Bank’s policy, procedure, guidelines, and other material regulations.

Position 6: Branch Manager III
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or fiscal services industry, with at least one year of experience as Branch Manager- IV or applicable experience.
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall Banking operation activities of the branch are performed as per the Bank’s policy, procedure, guidelines, and other material regulations.
