SAMANU is a platform firm with well-established brands working in Ethiopia’s primary FMCG sub-sectors ( Tena Edible Canvases, 555 Aura Soap & Detergents, and Chef Luca wheat merchandise). The backing by Norfund will fund the construction of a new solvent birth plant to give comestible oils based substantially on domestically sourced sesame, sunflower, and soya sap in its refineries. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.

Experience

Fresh graduate
Perform routine analyses on raw supplies, and intermediate and final wares, record and analyze process parameters throughout production, and prepare check reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct routine inspections of incoming supplies to make sure compliance with quality requirements and specs.
Prepare chemicals for evaluation and perform checks on regular patterns.
Monitor and analyze extraction processes to determine diversions from high-quality standards and advocate corrective actions as wanted • Maintain data and paperwork of checks carried out. Ensure that data present the full literal past of the fabric examined.
Ensures that the raw supplies and merchandise conform to the usual necessities.
Ensures that the samples are taken in an acceptable method.
