Position 1 Customer Service Officer I
QualificationB.A. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or in related Business fields.
• Only Graduates of 2021, 2022 and 2023 with CGPA2.5 and over are invited to apply The incumbent is responsible for cross selling the products and services of the bank and to maintain customer relations ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.

Responsibilities

Position 2 CSO III- Cash/ Branch Cashier
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience At least 3 years applicable experience of which 2 years as CSO II or original. The contestant is responsible for coordinating the cash movement of the bank and responding to cash requests from Branches in a visionary manner, and managing and organizing cheque clearance activity and preparing, revising and follow- up the bank’s budget.

Position 3 CSO III- Accounts/ Branch Accountant
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields Experience At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as CSOI/ II level or equivalent. The contestant is responsible for serving guests and managing client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction with full trouble and maximum care; to sell the products and services of the bank, acquire new customers and open and maintain customer accounts pay and receive cash and process transactions as per the policy and procedure of the bank.

Position 4 Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience At least 5 years applicable experience with 2 years as sinior Officer/ CSO III or 1 year as Principal Officer in a Administrative role The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the functions of the banking Center; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned targets; oversee the day- to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensure that the activities of the banking centre are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and applicable NBE directives.

Position 5 Manager, Banking Center (For the soon to be opened different BC locations)
Education BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields Experience At least 6 times applicable experience with 2 years’ experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor in a directorial role The contestant is responsible for plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the branch or banking unit, ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank, and assigned banking centre targets, oversee the day- to- day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services to ensures that the activities are performed in line with programs and procedures of the Bank and NBE directives.

Position 6 director, Banking Center(A.A)
Education BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience At least 6 years applicable experience with 2 years’ experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor in a directorial role. The incumbent is responsible for plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the branch or banking unit, ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank, and assigned banking center targets, oversee the day- to- day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services to ensures that the activities are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and NBE directives.
