Position 1 Customer Service Supervisor Branch – C
Educational Level and work Experience
BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business affiliated field of study with a minimum of 3 times of experience in banking operations.
The customer Service Supervisor is responsible to watchwords on tickets validations and authorizes deals, to follow up all cheque concurrence conditioning, and accounts of suspension nature, to insure and follow up conciliation of accounts.

Position 2 Branch director – C
Educational Level and work Experience
BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business affiliated field of study with three times ’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two time in administrative position.
The director plans and coordinates the overall conditioning of the branch, and follows- up and evaluates Branch’s operations targets on established performance parameters. He she motivates and coaches the client service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He she identifies and recruits implicit guests and provides professional advice.
