Position 1 Customer Service Supervisor Grade – I
Educational Level and Work Experience BA Degree in Economics or Accounting or Management Business Administration Finance and Accounting or other business-affiliated field of study with 2 (Two) years of experience in Banking operations. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigns on ticket vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up on all cheque clearance activities and accounts of a suspense nature. Ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.

Position 2 Capital Market Advisor
Educational Level and Work Experience Master’s Degree and above in Finance, Economics, or related field with 8 years and above professional fiscal institutions, capital markets, or related work experience. The job holder is responsible for providing strategic guidance, expertise, and premonitory service related to capital market activities and investment strategies. Provide strategic premonitory services, market analysis, investment portfolio optimization, risk management and compliance, client relationship management, product development, performance monitoring and reporting, and thought leadership. Come up with recommendations on the Bank’s overall capital market positioning, investment decisions, and risk operation.
Other Required Skills
• A professional certification similar to Chartered Financial Analyst( CFA) is preferred.
• expansive experience in capital market advisory, investment analysis, and financial risk management within the banking industry.
• Proven expertise in asset-liability management, investment strategy development, and portfolio optimization.
• Strong understanding of nonsupervisory compliance requirements, risk assessment frameworks, and financial modeling techniques.
• Exceptional logical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Level and Work Experience BA degree in Management or Economics Accounting & Finance Marketing Banking & Finance Business Administration or other business field of study with 3( Three) years ’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1() year in an administrative position
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows- up and evaluates Branch’s operations targets on established performance parameters. He or she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high-quality service. He or she identifies and recruits implicit customers and provides professional advice.
