Position 1 Customer Services Officer- I  

Education Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or affiliated fields of studies.  

Experience Requirement 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.  

The Customer Service Officer I  

• Is responsible to make Check  frontal office customer service support at the branch.  

• will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,  

• handles cash andnon-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 2 Customer Service Officer II  

Qualification Requirement Bachelor Degree in a business affiliated fielde.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration  

Experience demand 2 (Two) years of applicable experience in a Bank.  

The customer Service Officer II  

• Is responsible to make Check frontal office customer service support at the branch.  

• will handle/ Check account  conservation, payment and collection deals and respond to customer enquiries,  

• handles cash andnon-cash deals and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 3 Sinior Customer Services Officer  

Educations Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or affiliated fields of studies.  

Experience demand 5 (Five) years of applicable experience in a Bank  The sinior cutomer Service Officer  

• Provides frontal office customer service support at the Branch  

• Handles account operation deals  

• Respond to customer enquiries  

• Handles cash andnon-cash deals and all customer requests at the branch.

Posiiton 4 Branch Manager I  

Educations Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other affiliated fields of studies.  Experience demand  Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) year as customer Services director or original  part. Applicants applying for  directorial positions shall  retain crucial abilities and chops including  

• Excellent teambuilding and  logical skill  

• Ability to work under pressure  

• Sufficient knowledge of ultramodern operation ways;  

• Excellent organizational skills;  

• Ability to distribute deals targets and  product pretensions to staffers and manage achievement;
