Position 1 Customer Services Officer- I
Education Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or affiliated fields of studies.
Experience Requirement 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
The Customer Service Officer I
• Is responsible to make Check frontal office customer service support at the branch.
• will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,
• handles cash andnon-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
