Requirements:

Medical Doctor with Associate in Nursing interest in spine.

Proven information and understanding of Ethiopian health sector policies and rules.

Knowledge and understanding of the health sector in African country.

Proven record of formation partnerships in surgical process model.
Strong ability to manage and subsume various stakeholders.

Proven management expertise within the non-public sector, government services, NGOs (order of preference)

Proven expertise in operating in a global surroundings.

Experience in partnership management.
Preference if studied abroad or participated in skilled visits abroad

Good understanding of democratic approaches
Excellent social and communication skills each in English and Amharic (oral or written).

Willingness to travel on monthly basis to regions
Well organized, analytical and able to rank multiple tasks

Willingness to be told new skills and acquire new information

Excellent IT skills, MS workplace applications
