Position 1 Junior Attorney  

Qualifications LLB in Law or any other affiliated fields.  Experience One/ 1 year of applicable experience preferably in banking industry.  Purpose of the Job To assist  elderly attorneys and attorneys in foreclosure and litigation proceedings and other applicable dispute settlement mechanisms to safeguard the bank’s interest; handle loan litigation cases; foreclosure cases and felonious cases; appear to all court levels and any tribunals;  

Essential Functions  

   • Assist in the foreclosure process;  

   • Participate in reviewing and approving statements of claim, defense, other pleadings and memorandum of appeal;  

   • Participate in reviewing court judgments and arbitrational tribunal orders;  

   • Represent and/ or ensure that the Bank is adequately represented at courts or tribunals in its defenses or in suits against third parties if necessary;  

   • Participate in facilitating trainings on legal subjects to other process performers of the Bank;  

   • Prepares statement of claim, defense, pleadings, appeal, affidavit, memorandum, application, notices & legal instruments;

Position 2 Junior Cash Management Officer  

Qualifications BA in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ or any other affiliated fields.  Experience One/ 1 year of applicable banking experience.  

Purpose of the Job To support in carrying out the general accounting operations and financial transactions, coordinating account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger preparing month- end close procedures  

Essential Functions  

   • Prepare tickets, Journal Vouchers, sorts out & journalizes and countersigns on it;  

   • Generate incoming credit summaries and counter signs;  

   • Prepare inter branch transaction tickets and posts carefully to the  separate accounts;  

   • Prepare claims and sends to the concerned branches and handles claims of branches;  

   • Process Branch’s Special Credit Summary dispatched to head office Finance;  

   • Prepare reconciliation summary drawing sheet/ outstanding items report sheet and record outstanding items;  

   • Reconcile and maintain the bank accounts, stocks and fixed assets records properly and outstanding items settled on time;

Position 3 Customer Service Administrative – II  

Qualifications BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.  

Experience1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.  Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling  frontal- line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource  rallying effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services;  

Essential Functions  

   • Enhance the strong business relationship with customers andcross-sell the bank’s positive image to the community;  

   • Provide the concerned organ with timely, applicable, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance  

   • Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct at workplaces and time to be abiding by the bank’s organizational culture  

   • Provide services as per the service level agreement  

   • Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;  

   • Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practicesto the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;  

   • Follow all bank’s  functional,  fiscal, and security regulations and procedures;  

   • Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities;  

   • Receive and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Supervisor;  

   • Receive and pay cash from customers after proper identification, verification, and posting transactions.  

   • Collect/ pay cash and debit/ credit the  separate accounts;  

   • Prepare and issue checkbooks and passbooks and provide bank statements for customers at request.

Position 4 Customer Service Executive – III/ Senior CSO – Cash/  

 Qualifications BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, and related fields.  

Experience 3 years of applicable experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, and CSE  Purpose of the Job To manage the overall cash movements and operation of the Branch; ensure that  diurnal balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; supervises staffs engaged in cash area;  

Essential Functions  

   • Perform KYC and Customer due diligence upon opening accounts  

   • Receive and deliver physical cash from and to customers,  

   • Collect/ pay cash and debit/ credit the  separate accounts,  

   • Update passbook, print deal slip, or issues customer advice,  

   • Issue and sign Payment Instruments,

Position 5 Security Guard – I  

Qualification Grade 10th Complete/ 12th  Experience Two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military service.  

   • Age Between 25 – 50  Purpose of the Job support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the work places Safe, Secured and makes it  seductive for staffs and customers.  

Essential Functions  

   • Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities  

   • Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues  

   • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles  

   • Report any suspicious actions and happenings

   • Securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient in a timely manner.

Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank throughcross-selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships to maximize  coffers mobilization  sweats; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.  

Essential Functionality  

   • Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;  

   • Plan and lead the resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner.  

   • Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods  similar as customer survey at the branch to determine customers‘ perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
