Position 3: Quantity Surveyor (Preferably Interior Construction
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
Experience 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior construction or fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and interior finishing details.
complete in AutoCAD, Excel, and Quantity Surveying software( e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, etc.).
Excellent logical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Position 4: Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of applicable accounting experience, including at least 3 years handling design-related financial activities.
Experience in Import and Export and construction is advantageous.
Strong understanding of project cost control, budgeting, and capital expenditure accounting.

Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
Good coordination and communication with project teams.
Team leadership and the ability to guide inferior accountants.
Result-oriented, with a focus on financial delicacy and compliance.
