Position Commercial Relationship Manager- Institutional Banking Academic & Professional
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, banking, finance or affiliated field.
• Master’s degree in business administration, banking, finance or related field is an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum of Eighht( 8) years applicable experience out of which Two( 2) years in administrative post.
• Experience in commercial banking is highly desirable. The Commercial RM- Institutional Banking is responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within assigned by recommending or selling Commercial Banking products andcross-selling other Bank’s products and services to enhance value- add relationships with customers. In addition, the jobholder is responsible for acquiring new customers; pursuing incremental business within the customer base, managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship, and furnishing business advice that will benefit the client in the institutional banking sector Behavioral Competency
• Strong leadership and skills to foster teamwork; develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts as well as ability to provide direction in order to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the branch.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong communication and presentation skills including capability to develop proposals, concept papers, position papers,etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate with and managemulti-cultural teams.
• Strong expertise in strategic management project planning and budgeting, resource operation, perpetration as well as monitoring and evaluation.

Required Specialized faculty
• Demonstrate experience and in- depth understanding of Corporate Banking.
• Knowledge and experience in ultramodern sales and marketing practices in fiscal services industry.
• Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• expansive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Project management skills.
