Position 1 Manager, Customer Service Management Division 

Essential Function 

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures; 

Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities define and communicate customer service standards; 

Responsible to improve customer service experience,  produce engaged customers and facilitate organic growth; 

Establishes a channel for collecting customer feedbacks & reflect up on the feedbacks collected similar as establish and manage customer free call- center; 

Conduct customer satisfaction check for every customer group; 

Continuously monitors branches performance with respect to customer service; 

Assesses applicable customer, competitor and industry insights to help define strategies to ameliorate customer experience and grow deposits; 

Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution across the bank; 

Conduct regular services reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek for  farther business opportunities; 

Review and track  client complaint and resolution and report to EMT; 

Participate in reclamation process, mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment;   

Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply stylish practices to areas of customer service improvement; 

Review and assess customer service contract oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards; 

Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery; 

Handle complex and escalated customer service issues; 

Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability;  

Education and Qualification 

BA/ MBA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, and any other related fields with 8.5/ 6.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a applicable elderly officer position. Skill on computing, administrative & team building, analysis.

Position 2 Senior Marketing Officer  

Essential Function 

Assist in development of short- and long- term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and  estimate performance; 

Assist the Marketing director in the co-ordination, organization and promotion of events and activities including attendance at external and internal events. 

Evaluate events marketing activities and related impact by writing reports to feedback information, impact assessment and to inform  unborn development. 

Responsible for maintaining consistency and alignment of all marketing activities across all channels with the overall direction of the endorsed brand architecture and style guides; 

Develop colorful proposals which enable to enhance the bank’s brand and overall growth by creating favorable team spirit; 

Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Bank’s image and position within the market and the general public and measure the success of each implemented program;  

Education and Qualification 

BA/ MBA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management and any other related fields with 5.5/ 3.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 year as a applicable officer position.

Position 3 Senior Customer Service Officer  

Essential Function 

Analyze business processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness. 

Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships. 

Analyze customer service needs by building communicative and open relationships. 

Facilitate adherence to customer service standard. 

Examiner setbacks in delivery of products and services to customers. 

Plan delivery of services that meet customer requirements. 

Resolve customer relationship management conflicts. 

Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and directions 

Give accurate direction and support to the division to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals 

Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment in connection with customer service

Position 4 Communication Officer  

Essential Function 

Develop communications plans including strategy, goals, budget and tactics 

Develop media relations strategy, seeking high- level placements in print, broadcast and online media  • Oversee all public relations conditioning

Leverage existing media  connections and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media  • Create content for company and  customer press releases, press kits,  papers and publications and keynote presentations 

Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results 

Undertake and follow up the proper  prosecutions of Bank’s asked image and position, assure  harmonious communication of image and position throughout the Bank 

Follow up the appearance and consistency of all print and electronic materials  similar as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc are executed as per the bank’s manual

Lead preparation of the Bank communication publications for both internal and external purpose; 

Lead the content development and supervision the Bank website  

Education and Qualification

Position 5 Audio Visual Officer  

Essential Function 

Schedules uses for audio-visual( AV) equipment. 

Sets up and calibrates equipment for use. 

Identifies causes for AV problems and resolves the issues. 

Operates equipment as needed for  colorful meetings and events.

Provides instructions for the operation of equipment tonon-AV employees. 

Designs, plans, and oversees regular and special AV portions of events. 

Develops, tests, edits, and produces presentations and othermulti-format coffers. 

Takes photographs and videos to be used in AV presentations, publications, or other resources. 

Organize and make proper documentation of all media resources both in hard and soft copy for future reference  

Education and Qualification 

BA in Photography, Media Production, Visual Arts, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in relative fields.

Position 6 Graphics Designer  

Essential Function 

Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or customer appropriately 

Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating results to improve design capabilities 

Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video 

Responsible to work on wide ranges of undertakings & medias to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet the Bank business goals 

Collaborate, and brainstorm with applicable  brigades to develop designs for a wide range of materials that may include web page, social Medias, events, posters, online banners, presentations, signage, internal communication, print Medias, and other applicable marketing materials 

Ensure high- quality designs that meet organizational norms and brand identity, express ideas accurately, and represent the Bank by obtaining input from management or applicable body. 

Designing promotional leaflets and brochures, and overall creation of cohesive design. 

Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout  

Education and Qualification  

BA in Graphic Design, Art, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.

Position 7 Digital Marketing Officer  

Essential Function  Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns( e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. Ads) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions. 

Create and optimize content for  colorful digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs. 

Analyze crucial criteria  and track campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Stay up- to- date with the  rearmost trends and stylish practices in digital marketing and recommend strategies to enhance the company’s online presence. 

Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels.  

Education and Qualification 

BA in Marketing, Communication, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, certification of digital marketing are preferable.
