Position 1: HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition and HR Services 

Education: BA degree or Level IV diploma in human resource management, business administration, management, or related fields. 
Experience: 2 years of applicable experience with a BA degree. 4 years of applicable experience with a diploma; knowledge of the HRIMS system is a plus. 
Other Requirements: Computer knowledgeable. Knowledge of Amharic is required. Knowledge of other original languages is profitable. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a written exam and interview. Women candidates and candidates with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply. 
position in Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Human Rights Officer, Monitoring and Investigation 

Qualifications and Experience 
LLM/LLB Degree in Law, Human Rights Law, or International Law. 
4 years of applicable experience for LLB and 2 years of applicable experience for LLM. 
Computer knowledgeable. 
Knowledge of Amharic is required. Knowledge of other original languages is profitable.

 Purpose of the Job 
Conduct the day-to-day monitoring of conditioning related to human rights in the different sectors and in different situations for the promotion and protection of profitable and social rights. In addition, the role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of advocacy and campaign strategies. 
Location: Addis Ababa 

Position 3: Senior Project Accountant 

Education: a BA Degree in Accounting and Finance. 
Experience: 6 years of applicable experience. Experience and knowledge of IFMIS and IPSAS are required. Experience working with colorful donors is a plus. 
Other Requirements: Computer knowledgeable. Knowledge of Amharic and English is required. Knowledge of other original languages is profitable. 
Location: Addis Ababa
