Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in database systems similar as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Teaching or training experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Position 3: Operations and Marketing Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 2 – 4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or team leadership — preferably in education, tech, or startup environments.
• Experience managing staff, handling customer service, and coordinating diurnal workflows.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles especially digital marketing and social media outreach.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication( in both English and Amharic).

Skills and Qualifications
Active social media engagement and content creation with 3 years’ experience
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their stylish practices

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Curation

2. Platform Management

Job Summary
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will lead Bright Techno Tonic’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and effective resource allocation for its virtual city projects, includinge-Lawyers City. The CFO will oversee all fiscal operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, and work closely with other executives to align financial goals with the company’s strategic objects.
Skills and Qualifications
in business field with 7 years of working experience out of it 2 years in directorial position Or B.A in marketing management with 9 years’ experience out of it 4 years in directorial experience
Proven experience in finance and senior leadership role.
Experience in technology or virtual projects is a plus.
Proficiency in financial modeling and accounting software like Peachtree, QuickBooks, sage orelse.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong logical and decision- making skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s vision and systems.
1. Examiner request trends and advise on threat operation and investment opportunities.
1. Provide financial insights to aid in decision- making across virtual city projects.

1. Examiner charges to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
2. Financial Operations and Reporting
1. Oversee the medication of accurate and timely financial reports.
1. Manage cash flow to support day- to- day operations and project expansions.
2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and norms.
3. Team Leadership and risk management
1. Lead and develop a high- performing finance team.
1. Collaborate with project teams to provide financial guidance and training.
1. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the finance department.

Summery
To manage the financial operations of Bright Techno Tonic’s virtual city projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
Skills and Qualifications
• B.A in Accounting and finance with 5 years of experience
Proficiency in accounting software and tools applicable to tech businesses.
• Knowledge of financial aspects related to virtual services or SaaS businesses is an advantage.
• Strong logical and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of virtual city operation
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain financial records for virtual city operations, including earnings and expenditures.
• Process invoices, payments, and bills related to software rental and other services.
• Reconcile accounts and cover cash flow specific to virtual city systems.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for virtual city expansions and upgrades.
• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations.
• Generate financial reports for management on virtual city project performance.
