Oromia InsuranceS.C invites qualified & competent applicants for the following job positions  Oromia InsuranceS.C.( OIC) was established and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 26th January 2009 to engage in general insurance business.  It commenced its operation on 9th February 2009. The Company was established by 540 founding shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr 26 million and a subscribed capital of Birr 85 million. At the end of 2016/17 FY, the number of shareholders reached 840, the paid-up capital  This demonstrates the fact that the Company commenced its operation with a strong and dependable fiscal capacity, being the first of its kind to mobilize such a huge amount of paid-up capital in the country’s insurance industry. Moreover, the diversity of its shareholders manifests the Company’s strong social base which includes low-income farmers through their farmers ’ collaborative unions.  The Company has crafted suitable charges that are customized to address the acute needs of its guests and has also developed dependable and continuously improving strategic plans that will help to ensure the realization of its vision.  

Position 1 Risk Management & Compliance Services Officer  

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting or Marketing, Banking & Insurance, or related fields of study from a recognized advanced learning institution  

Work Experience 2 years of applicable work experience in insurance operations.  

Work Place Addis Ababa  

Position 2 Senior Strategy & Change Management Officer  

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.  

Work Experience 4 years of applicable work experience in strategy or change management or planning or marketing business development or original positions  

Work Place Head Office  

Note-

The term of employment for all job positions is endless;  

Work Place all job positions are Head Office of the Company  

Salary is as per the Company Scale;
