Position 1 BILLING AND COLLECTION OFFICER
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BA Degree in Account/ Account & Finance/ Account Information System from honored College University and a minimum of one time experience in hostel assiduity. OR A Minimum of College Diploma/ 10 3/ Level III Certificate in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance/ Accounting Information System from honored TVET/ council/ University with a Minimum of three times related experience in hostel assiduity. Driving License is obligatory.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• produce and issue checks to guests, recycling credit memos, preparing account statements for guests, follow- up & collect outstanding payments and answer client queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing yearly billing reports, managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
• aiding the account department with the medication of fiscal reports.
• streamlining account records with issued checks, reused payments, new balances, and client contact information.
Position 2 Restaurant/ BAR Manager
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A Minimum of BA Degree in Hotel operation/ Food and Beverage Service Hotel Operation/ Restaurant Management Hotel and Tourism Management/ Cooperative Business operation/ Property operation/ operation/ Marketing operation or any affiliated field of study from a honored TVET/ council/ university with a minimum 9 times ’ work experience on analogous areas at feeding product/ Operation/ front office/ office area, etc OR MA Degree in Hotel operation/ Food and Beverage Service Hotel Operation/ Restaurant Management Hotel and Tourism Management/ Cooperative Business operation/ Property operation/ operation/ Marketing operation or any affiliated field of study from a honored TVET/ council/ university with a minimum 7 times ’ work experience on analogous areas at feeding product/ Operation/ front office/ office area, etc
JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll be responsible for the effective handling of the department in line with Ethiopian Skylight hostel norms, whilst meeting hand, guest and proprietor prospects. The Restaurant/ Bar Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating conception, icing maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to insure the fiscal success of the outlet.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Banquet Manager is responsible for assuring the success of all feed events, while maintaining a profitable operation and high quality products and service situations. He she is anticipated to partake ideas to promote business; maintain profit budgets; and meet calculated productivity while keeping quality constantly high. This also includes working and communicating nearly with all hostel departments and to insure a successful and effective event performing in a positive guest experience.
