Metropolitan Real Estate is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team.  

Position 1: Human Resources Officer 

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 

Experience Over 2 years of experience in Human Resources functions, i.e., in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, is preferred. 

Complete in MS Office Suite. 

  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making, . 
  • Understanding of payroll processes and software. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. 
  • Experience with performance appraisal tools and methods. 
  • Skills in designing and delivering training programs. 
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 2: REAL ESTATE SALES PROFESSIONAL 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, and Business, or a related field. 
  • Above 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience. 
  • Has proven success in Sales. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities. 
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. 
  • complete computer skills and experience with real estate software (CRM systems, property databases, etc).  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 3: LIAISON OFFICER  

Qualifications 

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 2 years of applicable experience in liaison activities. 
  • Good English proficiency. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities 
  • visionary with a professional attitude. 
  • Critical and creative thinking for strategic decision-making  
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships 
  • Effective in high-pressure, multitasking environments 
  • Self-motivated and initiative-driven  
  • Adaptable to fast-paced settings 
  • Basic computer proficiency
