Position 1 Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
BA in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, and Banking & Finance and related.
Experience No previous experience is required (shall sit for a competency test)
• Year of graduation Graduates of 2023 or Tahsas 23, 2015E.C and Recent.
• CGPA3.25 and above
• Below 26 at the date of vacancy announcement and must be suitable to bring 8th grade certificate and Kebele Identity Card up on application.
• Pass grade for curriculum based exit examination is mandatory

Position 2 Customer Service Clerk
Qualification
Diploma/ TVET 10 3/ Level IV & COC Award in Banking or Finance or Accounting
Work Experience No previous experience is required( shall sit for a competency test) Year of graduation Graduates of 2023( Tahsas 23, 2015) and Recent.
Salary As per the banks salary scale
