Position 1: Trainee Property Valuator  

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.  

Experience: No experience required.  

People required 3  

Duty station: Head Office  

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operations experience.  Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.  

People required 3  

Duty station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Branch Manager I  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.  

People required 3  

Duty station: Addis Ababa  

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics,  or related fields  

Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operations experience.

Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

People required 3  

Duty station: Addis Ababa  

Position 5: Customer Service Manager  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Experience: Five (5) years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.  

People required 3  

Duty station: Addis Ababa,  

Position 6: Cash Aid  

Qualification  Diploma/ Level 4 in Accounting, Management, or related fields.  

Experience: One( 1) year of banking experience.  

IFB training Certification is advantageous.

Duty station:. :  Head Office  

Note: Training in IFB is advantageous.
