Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade – I

Required Education and Experience 
Education BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business-related field of study with a minimum of 3( three) years of experience in banking operations. 
Place of Work Hirna Branch 

Position 2: Brand Management and Communication Officer 

Required Education and Experience 
Education BA Degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Journalism or affiliated field of study with a minimum of 3( three) times of experience in Marketing Communication and Brand Management 
Place of Work Head Office 

Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade – I (IFB) 

Required Education and Experience 
Education BA Degree in Management/ Economics/ Accounting & Finance/ Marketing/ Banking & Finance/ Business Administration or other business-related field of study with 6( Six) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2( two) years in an administrative position 
Place of Work IFB Branches in under Addis Ababa area
