The female-only internship program is a one- year program with the primary objectives of empowering youthful womanish graduates and impacting the organization’s philanthropic work that provides emerging womanish talents an opportunity to apply knowledge and enhance skills through mentoring and coaching, expanding their professional network, working on value- added projects, gaining hands- on experience, and getting acquainted with the oriental difference. Position 1: Sub Grant Officer
Required
BA degree in accounting or original combination of work experience.

Connections/ KEY connections
The senior Gender and Youth Advisor reports to the CARE RiPA Component 1 Lead Advisor and works directly with the RiPA institute management team. S/ he has direct relationships with the RiPA MC CoP/ Component Leads CLA Lead in all RiPA consortium partners, Field services, and has good contacts with peers in other CARE and USAID Resilience projects( RiPA South/ L4R/ RFSA). S/ he manages Government contacts, including building working connections with the Ministry/ Bureaus of Women, Youth, and Child Affairs.
VI. WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF trip REQUIRED.
This position is in Addis Ababa, with up to 50 field travel.
