Academic & Professional Qualification

Experience  

• At least four( 4) years of banking experience  

The Sinior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will give frontal office customer service support at the branch. S/ he will handle account operation deals, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash andnon-cash deals and all customer requests at the branch.
