Etihad Airways would like to invite competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position 1: Duty Supervisor – ADD
Education & Experience
Degree level education desirable(A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or applicable industry experience, with proven knowledge of frontline service delivery and communication skills
Former exposure to a highly pressured and multilateral environment in an administrative role within a shift environment required
Minimal 5- 7 years’ experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry, with applicable knowledge of aeronautics, trip assiduity, and/ or airport policies. The part requires a mature personality with outstanding communication skills, administrative skills, and a passion to deliver service.
Role must balance guest-centric focus and commercial interest while maintaining the loftiest safety and security standards and coordinating teams and service providers on shift.
Position 2: Airport Manager – ADD
Education & Experience
Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or applicable industry experience, with a proven knowledge of leadership, project management, and business solutions skills
Minimum 7- 9 years applicable experience in a leadership or senior management capacity with exposure to global business style practice
Former exposure to a highly pressured and multilateral environment in a management/ administrative role within a shift environment required
Former indigenous or international exposure is highly profitable
Proven ability to lead and drive results, and communicate internally and externally on a large scale across multiple channels
