Join Haron Computers PLC as we embark on a journey to digitalize our human resource processes. We're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead this transformation and ensure the flawless implementation and maintenance of our new digital HR systems.
We're looking for a devoted System Administrator to oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of our internal software system across the company and its sister companies. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operation, providing training, and generating detailed reports on system performance and usage. The System Administrator will be the key specialized contact for ensuring successful software implementation and ongoing support.
Position 1: Product Owner
Required Skills
Experience in nimble methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). – Strong knowledge of product backlog management and roadmaps. – Ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. – Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or related tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP systems. – Strong logical and decision-making skills. – Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis. – Understanding of UX/ UI principles.

Position 2: QA Engineer
Required Skills
Experience with homemade and automated testing. – Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or Appium. – Familiarity with API testing using Postman or analogous tools. – Understanding of software development lifecycle( SDLC) and nimble methodologies. – Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. – Familiarity with CI/ CD pipelines and automated test integration. – Strong logical and problem- solving skills. – Experience testing mobile apps is a plus.

Position 3: Python Developer
Required Skills
Proficiency in Python programming. – Experience with ERPNext or Frappe framework is a plus. – Strong understanding of databases( MySQL, PostgreSQL). – Familiarity with peaceful APIs and web services. – Experience with Git and interpretation control.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end integrations. – Familiarity with cloud platforms( AWS, GCP, or Azure). – Experience working in nimble environments. – Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Position 4: Flutter Developer
Required Skills
2 years of experience in Flutter and Dart. – Experience with State Management( Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). – Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations. – Experience in mobile app performance optimization. – Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
Preferred Skills
Experience with native Android( Kotlin) or iOS( Swift) development. – Familiarity with CI/ CD for mobile apps. – Strong understanding of material design principles. – Experience working in nimble teams.
