Position 1: Senior District Officer
Requirements
• Ability to travel within the designated branches as needed
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry trends and stylish practices
• Ability to travel within the designated branches as needed
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling techniques
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
• Four (4) years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty station
• Central East District/ Adama
Position 2: District Business Manager
Requirements
• Ability to travel within the designated branches as demanded
• Proven experience in business development and strategic planning
• Strong logical and problem-working chops
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques
• Knowledge of industry trends and stylish practices
• Ability to travel within the designated branches as needed
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling techniques
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
• Ten (10) years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station
• Central East District/ Adama
