Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994, with the paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 shareholders.
The bank commenced its operation on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

Position 1: Traffic Coordinator
Qualification Level 10/12 complete.
Experience: 2 years of work experience as a traffic police officer, coordinator, or in other original related positions.

Position 2: Internal Control Officer I
Qualification: BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking & finance, or related fields of study.
Experience: 3 years of banking work experience, of which at least 2 years are as a junior branch controller, CIO, junior CRO, or other original core banking-related positions.

Position 3: Attorney
Qualification: LLB Degree in Law.
Experience: 4 years of applicable work experience, of which at least 2 years are as an associate attorney or in any other original related positions.

Position 4: Principal Property Valuation Officer
Qualification: MSc/BScq in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, building engineering, or related fields of study.
Experience 5–7 years of applicable work experience, of which at least 2 years are as a Senior Property Valuation Officer or other originally related positions.

Position 5: District Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification: MA/BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking & finance, or related fields of study.
Experience 5–7 years of applicable work experience, of which at least 2 years are as an elderly Customer Relationship Officer or other original related positions.

Position 6: Branch Manager I
Qualification: MA/BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking finance, or related fields of study.
Experience
5–7 years of banking work experience, of which at least 2 years as a business manager, operations manager, customer service manager, or in original core banking-related positions.
