Spanning an emotional area of 15000 square meters. Our mission is to be the number one electric vehicle manufacturing brand in Ethiopia.
Position: Call Operator
Qualification Minimum of a Diploma or University degree equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
- nswer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Record and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions.
- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up on leads.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Competencies
- former experience working as a call driver is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and introductory computer skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of fresh original languages is a plus.
