Position 1: Deals Representative – Fresh Graduate
Qualifications & Conditions
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution
• Zero previous professional sales experience required
• Professional written and verbal communication
• High level of discipline, accountability, and time management

• At least 6 months and lower than 2 years of accretive sales experience (cross-industry sales experience is respectable)

• Strong direct sales and deal-closing capability
• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage sales pipelines and meet defined targets
• High position of discipline, accountability, and time management

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
