Position 1: TEAM LEADER 

HIGH LAND RESILIENCE ACTIVITY (HRA) CRISIS MODIFIER HOSAINA, CENTRAL ETHIOPIA REGION 
 Knowledge and Experience 
 • BSc degree or original in a field related to Agriculture, Agricultural Market Systems, pastoral development, Agrarian economics, Agribusiness, Cooperative business management, or any other applicable field 
 • Minimum of 5 years work experience with NGO and/ or profit-making agribusiness working with vulnerable, marginalized communities 
 • Proven experience in recovery programs, emergency programming, cash and voucher programming, disaster management,  pastoral livelihood programs, food security interventions, nutrition, and program management. 
 • Proven experience in applying market-based approaches to increase access to agrarian inputs including uniting with the private sector to achieve sustainable and scalable results for hard-to-reach communities. 
 • Strong writing, communication, organization, prioritization, and negotiating skills. 
 • Excellent MEL, data analytics, and quantitative skills are strongly preferred. 
 • Strong project management and team leadership experience required. 
 • Fluency in English is required.

Position 2: CASH AND VOUCHER SPECIALIST

 Accountability 
 Reports Directly To Zonal Coordinator- Ephraim Samuel 
 Technical Line Report To Zonal Coordinator 
 Works Directly With the Zonal Coordinator 
 Knowledge and Experience 
 • BSc degree or original in a field related to Business Management, Economics, Rural Development, Agricultural economics, Agribusiness, Cooperative business management, or any other applicable field 
 • At least four years of experience in humanitarian organization( s) in cash and voucher assistance( CVA) and livelihood programming, preferably in relief and recovery programs targeting vulnerable community groups. 
 • At least 2 years experience in an international NGO preferably in an emergency or recovery programs 
 • Strong understanding of cash transfer modalities, livelihood strategies, and philanthropic principles and standards. 
 • Excellent project management skills, including planning, implementation, and reporting. 
 • Experience working with different stakeholders, including original authorities, community representatives, FSPs, and NGOs. 
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications( Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and design packages). 
 • Demonstrated commitment to principles of gender, equity, diversity, inclusion, and PSHEA( safeguarding) through programming experience TOT or any training in Cash and Vouchers Programming is a plus. 
 • Fluency in English and knowledge of original languages are assets.

Position 3: Driver 

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills 
 • 3rd Grade or above Valid Driving License. 
 • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Driver preferably in an International NGO. 
 • Experience in repairing Vehicles( Auto background) is an advantage. 
 • Ability to communicate in both Amharic & English languages and knowledge of other original languages is preferred. 
 • Knowledge of routes, duty stations, project areas, the NGO, and the diplomatic community is required.
