Position 1 Sales Officer

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and exemplary sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Maintaining contracts with being guests
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Calling implicit customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers ’ questions and escalating complex issues to the applicable departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Meeting sales targets.
Informing product developers of possible product advancements and changes to ensure that company products meet current request requirements or developing strategic deal plans and effective sales pitches.
Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and living customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Analyzing competitors ’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Promotion of new products and special deals.

Position 2 Junior Software Support Executive

Requirements

BSc Degree in Information Technology & Computer Science.
1 year and above related work experience
Familiar with MS SQL Server
Familiar with IDS PMS and Hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Support implementation & Management of the existing ERP/ PMS( Hotel Software) Solution
Have a willingness to work longer hours weekends holidays or out field visits whenever needed
