Position 1: Main Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BSc or Level IV in Machine Technology
Mechanical Engineering
with at least 5 years of experience in the same position in a coffee processing plant( obligatory).
Position 2: Assistant Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BSc, Level IV, or TVET in Machine Technology,
with at least 2 years’ experience in a coffee processing plant( mandatory).
Position 3: Machine Cleaner
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Completion of 10th or 12th grade.
Position 4: Coffee Storekeeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BA Degree in Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Management, or a Level IV in Accounting,
with 2 years of experience with a BA Degree or 4 years of experience with a Level IV in a coffee processing factory.
Position 5: Finished Goods Storekeeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Finished Goods, Storekeeper
A degree in Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Management, or Level IV in Accounting,
with 2 years of experience with a BA or 4 years of experience with a Level IV in a coffee processing factory
Position 6: Jute Bag Machine Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Completion of 10th or 12th grade, with obligatory experience in operating jute bag machines.
Position 7: Weighbridge Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education 9 Weighbridge Operator
1 Level IV or BA degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in computer skills.
Position 8: HR & Admin. Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Level IV or BA degree in Management, with at least 2 years experience in the same position and proficiency in computer skills
Position 9: Electrician
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BSc/ Level IV in Electrical Engineering with at least 4 years experience in the same position in a manufacturing environment.
Position 10:Retail (Café) Business Division Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BA degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in well-known original or international hospices, coffee shops, or restaurants, serving as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor.
Position 11: Production and Specialized Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
with a minimum of 6 years of experience in elderly mechanical parts in a coffee processing plant
4 years of administrative experience in a coffee processing plant
Place of work, along the road from Legtafo to Sendafa
