Position 1: Case Worker
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBA degree in sociology, social work, social sciences or other applicable fields former 2 years of experience working with vulnerable children and adolescents in a commercial or NGO environment, preferably in protection or community based child protection field;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with empathy and respect
Fluency in English verbal and written
Fluency in Afar Afe language required

Position 2: HR- Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBachelor’s degree in management, Administration, or applicable social Science fields
Knowledge of Microsoft applications software’s( Excel, Word, Power Point,etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong interest in developing a career in HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and maintaining training records.
Assist with documentation by compiling particular files both in hard and soft copy.
Assist with the recruitment process by facilitating written and interview exams.
Provide clerical and executive support to Human Resources Department.
Facilitate different events in HR department.
Facilitate the issuance of ID Cards
Assist the day- to- day activities of HR functions.
Position 3: Content Development, Graphics Design & Multimedia Support Re- Advert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Strong Interest/ Skill in graphic design, multimedia production, and content development.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills.
Effective in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Flexibility to work on redundant hours, if required for event support.

Roles & Responsibilities
Developing compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, infographics, and videos, to promote the organization’s campaigns, initiatives, and events.
Collaborating with the ACCM team to communicate content ideas and create a content calendar.
Designing visually appealing graphics for colorful purposes, similar as campaign materials, reports, and presentations.
Assisting in sourcing and editing multimedia content, including photos and videos, for use in promotional materials.
Ensuring brand consistency and quality in all produced content.

Position 4: TFP Officer- Bale
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBSC/ Diploma in Nursing or Public Health( Senior Clinical/ Public Nurse or above).
Minimum four years working experience for BSC and six years ’ experience for Diploma holders out of which two year experience directly related to emergency health & nutrition related fields
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Demonstrated skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring
Knowledge, training and experience in CMAM and community mobilization BCC
Demonstrated skills in peer group training, Training of Trainers and development of training materials.
Ignorance in spoken and written, English and Original language Afan oromo.
Strong computer( Microsoft skills), all and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a platoon environment
Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices,
Flexibility in working long hours and ability to work with incoming surge teams;

Position 6: MEAL Coordinator- Replacement
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBA Degree or original in MEAL, statistics, Development Studies, or other related fields.
Field- level experience in MEAL for INGOs in international development and emergency programs
Experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in MEAL and preferably in the INGO environment, including significant field operations experience running both development and emergency programs.
Knowledge of crucial institutional donors and their compliance conditions in respect of the MEAL system Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
Experience in solving complex issues through analysis, the definition of a clear way forward, and ensuring quality and accountability.

Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including traveling at short notice and for extended periods of time.
Highly organized with good administration skills for order and information management, suitable to develop filing systems.
Ability to use updated software applications and databases to dissect and intemperate data for information.

Position 7: Gender and SRH Officers
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBachelor’s degree in Gender studies, sociology, social work, Development studies, Public Health, Health Officer, Health Promotion and Health Education, specific experience of working on gender and sexual and reproductive health aspects in pastoral areas and other related social science fields.
Experience Recommended a minimum of three- year experience with solid experience in SRH/ FP and gender integration.
Skills in designing and implementing gender integration policy and strategy at different institutional level.
Proven logical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to travel throughout the focus zone, woredas, kebele and other pastoral areas as needed.
Strong results orientation.
Experience inmulti-sectoral coordination.
Ability to manage complex and demanding workload.
Experience in NGO setup.
Experience working in the region and understanding of the context.
