Position 1: Forest Management and Utilization Expert  

Job Description  

Semu Real Estate seeks to hire  good and interested applicants who meet the educational requirements and services mentioned below ideal of the position  

• Highland bamboo weaving; Management and utilization.  

• Duties and Responsibilities  

• Identifying the spatial distribution of bamboo and its abundance;  

• Identifying the bamboo that has arrived for production and reporting the quantity or content to the company and/ or the department;  

• Identification of other invasive plants that are a  trouble to bamboo;  

• Allowing the area reserved for the forest to be properly fenced and free from contact;  

• Establishing a bamboo nursery and producing seedlings;  

• Propagating and protecting the seedlings in the protected area and doing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor  

Reports to Project Manager

Job Requirements  

Education and/ or Work Experience Requirements  

• Masters or BA In forestry and conservation; natural resources; biology; Horticulture  

• 4 years or 6 years and  further experience respectively.  

Position 2: Senior Architect  

• Manage and control the design and construction of the project;  

• Ensure FLS, codes, statutory and/ or hotel operator requirements;

• Manage all project documentations;  

• Coordinate the  colorful design discipline;  

• Manage design specifications and specification changes;  

• Collaborate with the engineers and contractors;  

• Signoff construction drawings and executed works as applicable;  

• Conduct inspections and prepare snags;  

• Oversee and approve the plans and specifications;  

• Attend design review and onsite construction meetings;  

• Advise on design, construction, and revision issues;  

• Liaise with city administration to get approval;  

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) & quality control (QC);  

• Compiling, reviewing, and commenting on design and design related reports  

Job Requirements

Qualifications  

• B.Sc. orM.Sc. in Architecture or related fields  

• having a minimum experience of 10 years or more in International Hotel Projects.  

Position 3: Real Estate Project Manager  

• Oversee the overall construction and progress of the different real estate construction sites;  

• Regularly monitor the status of the sites;  

• Regularly monitor project site risks;  

• Track budget for the project;  

• Manage a construction project budget;  

• Monitor project management plan;  

• Negotiate with general contractors & subcontractors;  

• Review construction schedule, project deliverables, and milestones;  

• Oversee and manage resource logistics;  

• Review status reports for project stakeholders;  

• Oversee the performance of contractors and other members of the construction team;  

• Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations;

 • Supplier identification, negotiating, procuring, tracking and maintaining;  

• Evaluate site health and safety standards; and  

• Perform all affiliated duties and responsibilities.  

Job Requirements  

Qualifications  

• B.Sc. orM.Sc. in civil engineering or construction technology and management or related fields

 • having a minimum experience of 10 years or  further in Real Estate Construction Projects.  

Position 4: Site Project Manager  

• Define the project scope;  

• Create a construction estimate;  

• Create and manage a construction project budget;  

• produce a construction project management plan/ charter;  

• Develop a construction schedule with project deliverables and milestones;  

• Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and machinery;  

• Manage  coffers  similar as construction Accoutrements, Manpower, Machineries, and Money;  

• Allocate and manage resource logistics;

 • Make  visionary resource requisition for the construction conditioning;  

• Create status reports for  design stakeholders;  

• Evaluate the performance of contractors and other members of the construction team;  

• Maintain health and safety standards; and  

• Perform all reliated duties and responsibilities.  

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. orM.Sc. in civil engineering or construction technology & management or related fields  

• having a  minimal experience of 10 years or  further in similar position and hotel construction projects.
