USAID supports mates to address critical humanitarian requirements of populations affected by conflict and climatic shock — including failure and cataracts across Ethiopia. The Climate and Natural Resource Management Advisor is part of the Economic Growth and Resilience( EGR) Office and as the Mission’s lead representative on climate issues and specialized direction. Reporting to the Sustainable Environment Division Chief and the Economic Growth and Resilience Office Chief, they advise on programs advancing USG and Government of Ethiopia( GoE) objects, particularly in enhancing specialized operations of and enabling surroundings for climate and natural resource investments. USAID Ethiopia would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position Climate and Natural Resource Management (CNRM) Advisor
Education Bachelor’s degree in a applicable field similar as sustainability, natural resource management, climate-smart agriculture, sustainable finance, low carbon development, or other related field.
Work Experience A minimum of seven( 7) years of international development and/ or international business work experience is required. MARKET VALUE$ 88,520 to$ 115,079, original to GS- 13. The final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value based on the successful candidate’s salary history, work experience, and educational background. Salaries over and above the top of the pay range won't be entertained or negotiated.
