Position 1: Secretary and Office Receptionist 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education BA/ Diploma or original 
Experience 3- 5 years 
Location Addis Ababa 
Deadline: January  14, 2025 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Reception Duties 
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner 
Answer and direct incoming calls 
Take and relay messages accurately 
Maintain a clean and  systematized reception area

Executive Support 
Provide general executive support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning. 
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory 
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings 
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents 
Handle incoming and  gregarious mail 
Data Entry and Record-Keeping 
Input data into applicable systems and databases 
Maintain accurate and over-to-date records 
Additional Duties as Assigned 
Undertake other executive tasks as required to support the team’s objectives. 

Position 2: Senior Accountant (Transport) 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
5 years of applicable accounting experience in the transportation industry. 
Location Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities 
Financial Reporting 
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, specific to the transportation industry. 
Analyze financial data to identify trends and implicit issues related to transportation operations. 
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards( e.g., GAAP, IFRS) as they apply to the transportation industry.

Account Reconciliation 
Perform yearly and daily reconciliations of balance sheet accounts related to transportation assets, liabilities, and revenue streams. 
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances related to transportation operations.

Financial Analysis 
Conduct fiscal analysis to support strategic decision-making within the transportation sector. 
Prepare variance analysis reports to explain differences between factual and budgeted performance in transportation operations.

Tax Compliance 
Assist with the preparation of duty returns and filings related to transportation-specific taxes and regulations. 
Ensure compliance with civil, state, and original tax regulations as they apply to the transportation industry. 

Internal Controls 
Maintain and improve internal control procedures specific to the transportation sector. 
Identify and apply process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transportation accounting.

Audit Support 
Coordinate with external adjudicators to grease the periodic audit process for transportation-related fiscal information. 
Provide necessary attestation and information to auditors. 
Team Management 
Mentor and develop inferior accounting staff specializing in transportation accounting. 
Assign tasks and oversee the work of team members involved in transportation accounting. 

Position 3: Sales Officer 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education First Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Management/ Sales Management/ chemical engineering of study and 6 years of applicable experience 
Location Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities 
Sales Generation 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and preferences. 
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients effectively. 
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals. 
Customer Relationship Management 
Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain long-term relationships.

Education First Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Management/ Sales Management or any other related fields of study and 6 years of applicable experience

Duties and Responsibilities 
Marketing Strategy 
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities. 
Set marketing goals and track crucial performance indicators( KPIs). 
Brand Management 
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging. 
Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 
Manage brand reputation and respond to customer feedback. 

Digital Marketing 
Manage social media channels to engage with the target audience and build a strong online presence. 
Create and optimize content for website, blog, and email marketing campaigns. 
Implement paid advertising campaigns on colorful platforms. 

Content Creation

Position 5: Project Finance Head 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education BA degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 
Proven track record in project finance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. 
Location Boreda( South Ethiopia)

Duties and Responsibilities 
financial Structuring 
Develop and execute comprehensive fiscal models to assess project feasibility and risk. 
Identify optimal financing structures, including debt and equity components, to minimize the cost of capital and maximize project returns. 
Negotiate financing terms with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders. 
Prepare detailed financial projections and cash flow analysis. 

Risk Management 
Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying and mitigating implicit risks to project viability. 
Develop and implement robust risk management strategies. 
Examiner and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle. 

Regulatory Compliance 
Ensure compliance with applicable nonsupervisory requirements, including fiscal reporting, tax, and foreign exchange regulations. 
Advise on nonsupervisory changes and their impact on project finance. 
Coordinate with legal and tax advisors to address complex nonsupervisory issues. 
Financial Reporting and Analysis 
Oversee the preparation of fiscal reports, including periodic updates and management accounts.

Team Management 
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. 

Position 6: Industrial Electrician 

Required Qualification and Experience 

Education Grade 10 IV( Level IV) completion in electricity or any other affiliated field of study & 4 years of applicable experience or Grade 10 III( position III) completion in electricity or any other related field of study & 6 years of applicable experience 
Location Boreda( South Ethiopia)

Duties and Responsibilities 
Installation 
Install, replace, and upgrade electrical wiring, conduit, and fixtures. 
Assemble, install, and test electrical components and systems. 
Ensure electrical installations comply with electrical codes and safety standards. 
Maintenance 
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment. 
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions. 
Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper operation. 
Troubleshooting 
Diagnose electrical problems using testing equipment and individual tools. 
Identify and correct electrical issues to prevent equipment failure. 

Safety
